This position is primarily responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and disaster recovery of a University-wide Microsoft Exchange 2010 installation. This position has a significant role in project leadership and infrastructure management. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
In this role, the selected candidate will support all aspects of O365 environment ensuring security compliance, Responsible for monitoring and resolving Service Desk escalated incident and problem tickets assigned to the Exchange team.
This position works with staff to design, build, and release test solutions used for product verification, validation and product testing; this position will plan and execute test tasks that include interpreting test requirements, writing test plans, designing test hardware, designing test software and testing and debugging deliverable hardware.
In this role, the selected candidate will
be utilizing strategic selling techniques with an Account Executive and an Inside Sales Representative to strategize on prospects and develop strategic sales objectives for targeted accounts.
This position will be called upon to understand and diagnose OS2200 COBOL application problems to the system software level; provide OS2200 transaction administration for traditional TIP transactions and for OpenDTP (x/Open) middleware transactions.
