As a superintendent, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and direction of the project so that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, meets the company's quality standards, and meets the customer's satisfaction.
The Core Department Superintendent will oversee core making operations, core box design & layout, as well as core resin testing. The Core Department Superintendent will also be responsible for coldbos core systems, and no-bake core systems.
Participate with the project manager in preparing a schedule of construction activities and their sequence, the organization structure, staff selection, and the manpower and construction equipment requirements of the project.
Candidate must possess previous experience with trade supervision, including performance assessments. OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification is required. Must be able to work and think independently, solve problems and be able to lead a team/crew. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
