The Commercial Sales Ops Manager works closely with sales and customers, ensures B2B sales contracts are properly executed, and that profit margins are protected. This position is responsible for attending pre-construction meetings, site visits, delivery observations, aligning and managing customer and internal expectations.
Aids in developing key documentation to support product development including VSR (Vision, Scope, Requirements), business plans, and a comprehensive direction to support product line and higher level portfolio growth.
Develop and designs the features of a designated new or existing product to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, product groups or experiences.
