The candidate will work closely with client facing teams and or clients directly and will be responsible for specific responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: Leverage ones hands on experience of working across one or more of these areas such as real world evidence data, digital marketing data.
Provide solutions or recommendations on complicated technology issues for application development and implementation;maintain relationships with clients to ensure the implementation quality of application systems.
Facilitate the development of business applications support and consulting strategy for each business area by working with the team and business to understand their needs, strategies and plans. This strategy will contribute to and influence the overall ITAS applications strategy and program of work
Manages at least 1 full time exempt manager. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Assess and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the bank's and unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company Employee Handbook, company Supervisors Manual,
applicable union contract, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical
procedures, or governmental regulations, airline policy and procedures manuals.
Responsible for assisting the store manager in the operation of the assigned location including the planning, leading and advising of all store employees to attain the stores financial goals, to maintain company standards and to develop an environment which is conducive to accomplishing corporate goals.
Able to be flexible in approach and be comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both team work and self-sufficiency as necessary, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Review, negotiate and resolve complex service issues escalated by staff and other internal and external customers. Personally service assigned large, complex, sensitive or prestigious accounts for the office.
