In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the generation of gross profit revenue and management of lifecycle of sales process, directly generates gross profit by selling products and services to new and current accounts through direct, face-to-face contact and prospecting.
In this role, the selected candidate develops and maintains an active lead generation plan within the assigned territory through the use of cold calling, referrals, contact with local builders, and direct mailing.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate with Product Management and Development to ensure that the necessary environments and the most current demonstrable product release is available for use.
Serve as the first point of contact to coordinate the resolution of customer issues on all subjects including availability, pricing, order status, freight damage, return goods authorization, operator training, service, invoice, credit, and outstanding payment issues.
