In this position, you will work with internal customers and suppliers in support of supplier quality issues; provide technical support for activities related to supplier quality system assessment and performance evaluation.
In this role, you will work with suppliers, customers or internal technical groups to review material or product specifications, resolve product or operational quality problems, and address questions and concerns.
Maintain internal contacts with various ancillary departments, directors, case managers, information services staff and physicians to support data analysis/management in order to affect appropriate service, planning, design, implementation and ongoing re-evaluations.
Will be responsible for managing a team of highly motivated software test engineers working in Agile software development model in delivering highest quality products that meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
The Manager of Quality drives quality assurance initiatives by organizing, facilitating, and supporting continuous improvement activities, lean initiatives, SPC, failure analysis/corrective actions, and auditing of existing quality systems.
The Manager of Quality Control directs the overseeing of the Quality Control Pre and Post Delivery processing of Valuation orders in compliance with regulatory, industry and client requirements. Facilitates the relationship between the clients and the business unit. Responds to and satisfies issues in a timely, consistent manner and ensure accurate resolution.
