The Product Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that increase product knowledge and foster customer engagement. The Product Training Manager collaborates cross functionally within Product Development, Store Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to prioritize training objectives and then develops training solutions to achieve objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for routine follow up of project action items, updates, and maintaining and circulating current timelines. Ensures that timely and accurate project information is available to project teams.
The Channel Manager role will be critical to expanding our business, leveraging our broad network of distributors to build greater success than we ever have for our end customers, our distributors and Product Care.
Working to develop new sales opportunities to meet group sales and business goals; and work to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, goal achievement and long-term business goals in line with D&Hs vision and values.
