The right candidate will have the knowledge and experience to manage a sales team that focuses on establishing new dealer / contractor relationships selling equipment from 5 ton to 2500 tons (rooftops to chillers).
Represents the Company by contacting established and prospective customers in an assigned territory for the purpose of selling the Companys Metalworking and Surface treatment chemicals PARTICULARLY, COIL Surface Treatment / Metal Working Lubricants.
Primary responsibilities will include planning and implementing business plans to expand existing and new company branded business within specific retail grocery accounts or within specific markets (i.e. Managing promotions, account customer service, pricing).
Drive and manage programs that improve sales Identify and drive sales performance improvements by developing and implementing best practices, process and reporting Support sales professionals leaders in understanding client requirements, constraints, buyer values and high level acceptability criteria for any solution.
Interact with vendors, Category Management, Supply Chain and Accounting in addition to internal customers on a daily basis in order to resolve payment disputes. Determine appropriate course of action based on associate research and direct staff to process transactions accordingly.
