The Market Manager is responsible for driving business in a defined market consisting of approximately 50+ wholesale locations. The Market Manager will have several direct reports, including full time and part time Brand Ambassadors, and Retail Education and Presentation Specialists.
In this role, the selected candidate will deliver proactive account management, including, but not limited to; understanding client goals & objectives, implementing a strategic relationship process, developing and maintaining client specific business plans, deepening existing client relationships, assisting plan sponsor in managing fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring client is aware of Lincoln products and services capabilities and identifying opportunities to increase assets under management.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts; generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
The Go To Market (G2M) Manager acts as the strategic point of connection between Sales and the broader internal Hershey organization. Key responsibilities include evaluating and supporting company sales strategies for assigned Business or Brand, providing execution direction and guidance while aligning with key stakeholders.
The selected candidate will coordinate development and monitor implementation of major business unit action plans to seize competitive opportunities and/or respond to performance shortfalls/plan variances.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide value added consulting to clients concerning health and welfare plan implementation and ongoing administration (e.g. annual enrollment, plan changes) including best practices, marketplace providers, cost and return on investment issues, pros and cons of solutions, etc.
