In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects of moderate to complex nature.
As part of our HRIS team, you will define and document business requirements, performing fit/gap analyses, data mapping, and system testing. Youll design, develop, and deliver end-user training. Youll research, analyze and develop modifications to existing functionality to meet the needs and objectives of Harsco. You will gather and summarize information used to develop recommendations to HR in response to operational issues, process improvements and program enhancements.
In this role, you will manage and resolve various types of employee relations issues. Conducts effective, non - bias, thorough investigations, may require partnering with legal and other subject matter experts.
