The Senior Financial Analyst position performs financial and business related research and analysis such as the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of financial reports, records and trends; develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting; and is responsible for conducting and documenting financial analysis projects.
Partners with the plant manager in determining strategic plan, AOP, and forecast. Key lead in driving financial performance and working with the organization to drive for cost improvements, initiatives, and KPI targets.
The Financial/Budget Analyst is responsible for cost accounting/cost allocation activities of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (Resource Center), including collecting and analyzing data, designing and maintaining applicable systems.
