The Search Manager - Paid is accountable for successfully managing Paid Search campaigns for Merkle clients. The primary responsibilities in this role is to be the go-to expert, successfully leading the day-to-day management of complex and sophisticated Search campaigns; act as the central hub of collaboration and problem solving across various departments/resources, while delivering against aggressive client objectives. May be responsible for supervision for a team(s) of analysts.
In this role, you will assist the Civil Engineering Lead to manage project teams to create land development plans and civil engineering solutions for our commercial, manufacturing, institutional, and energy clients.
Manage/coordinate the planning and implementation of projects relating to engineering, manufacturing, distribution, capacity planning, layout and realignment of facilities, process mapping, methods engineering, economic analysis, new product development, and capital equipment justification, as well as organizational planning and development.
The Engineering Manager is the point person for handling the production of the machinery in a manufacturing setting. Must be able to maintain the machines, preventive and predicative maintenance through a cost sufficient approach.
Develop and maintain platforming at each BU, which consolidates the usage of metals for new product introductions (NPI) to strategic materials combining technological, local sourcing and a competitive advantage.
Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters and process controls; provides leadership in customer quality and efficiency efforts by directing support teams to improve cycle times and reduce defects.
As an Engineering Manager, you will have the technical chops to provide technical leadership and the people skills to manage a team of engineers. You manage your teams goals, contribute to overall product strategy, and develop your team.
