The Sr. Business Project Program Mgr. supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time.
The Director of Franchise Operations is responsible for directing operations in franchise stores to grow, develop and maximize results in respective markets while maintaining a consistent customer experience and operational compliance.
Responsible for overall product portfolio leadership in order to meet sales and gross (or standard) margin targets this role must closely collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales and engineering. Must manage a group of product managers and/or associate product managers.
Assist with planning and development of budgets, revenue, capital and operational expenses, sufficient number of staff, and any other plans for allocation of fiscal or other resources according to the scope of services provided.
This, hands on leader, will be accountable for planning and allocating resources as required to achieve the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in a continuously changing and highly accountable environment. :
The Director will work with clinical and administrative leadership to develop, disseminate and monitor quality, service and financial performance metrics as well as ensure that these measures are reported to appropriate stakeholders and oversight entities.
