In this role, the selected candidate will drive a culture of high performance through annual Employee goal setting and semi-annual Employee goal review process while ensuring alignment with the Companys annual objectives and long term strategic direction.
This position is reponsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the human resource activities to maxinize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee benefits and compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, training and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
