Lead and assist in preparing budget exhibits, P&R forms, spend plans, and budget allocation recommendations. In addition, he/she will coordinate updates to financial management data, including actual budget and execution data recorded in DoD databases (e.g., General Fund Enterprise Business System, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible for
developing new or updating existing methods and models, commenting on acquisition policy and cost analysis procedures, and reviewing other published research. Candidates should be able to describe and use various cost estimating techniques depending on data availability and level of program definition.
Be able to provide financial management support throughout the entire life cycle, assisting with the PPBE process and financial program execution as well as budget formulation, justification, presentation, and execution activities.
