In this role, you will be responsible for
the performance of and/or oversight of critical patient care activities, including scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing and reimbursement processes and overall compliance. Coordinate the delivery of quality patient care by assuring the care plans of direct care staff are complete, accurate, and followed.
In this role, you will mobilize resources and manage the systems to respond to concurrent and respective data analysis and will participate in developing programs to improve clinical quality and fiscal outcomes.
In this role, the selected candidate will demonstrate leadership skills by functioning as resource/charge nurse for a minimum of one year; knowledgeable in the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological stages of human growth and development.
In this role, the candidate will monitor staffing levels and patient flow and coordinate work assignments. Coordinate, review and maintain the department's daily telephone activities to ensure compliance with telephone standards.
The Senior Project Manager will lead the cross functional project teams including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, medical writing and clinical QA, to ensure quality, on-time and within budget deliverables for primarily Phase II-IV clinical trials.
