The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
In this position you will be responsible for defining application requirements, documenting existing system processes and procedures, executing project plans and supporting employees in their day-to-day operations.
Responsible for effective retrieval, audit, approval, analysis and communication of Sales Invoice data relative to the incentive plan performance and pay calculations for the purpose of performance tracking, incentive calculations, employee training, problem resolution or plan clarification.
Serves as the HRIS systems/process expert for the respective area of HR. Effectively communicates with end-users to understand requirements. Researches, recommends and implements process improvements to better utilize HR systems and/or enhance existing business processes.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
The candidate will specifically support PPGs Global Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system and other Logistics and Export Compliance systems. Individuals on this team serve as the initial point of contact for internal customers/system users as well as external suppliers providing Software-as-a-Service. There is a focus on developing strong working relationships with internal customers.
