The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for providing consistent leadership in the financial area of the hotel by supplying management with guidance and training. He/she is also responsible for focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels on internal control, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the student and community development of housing students through programming, staff training, supervision, crisis management, facility management and student behavior.
The incumbent assists the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department as well as plans, develops and directs in-service educational programs in accordance with the Professional Nursing Law and current Federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
In this role, the selected candidate manages ongoing relationships and serves as a primary liaison with external organizations and deans, faculty, and other key stakeholders; reviews, develops, and delivers proposals with the goal of increasing partnerships and funding.
In this role, the selected candidate will be Responsible for the application, support, and coordination of tutoring and learning activities and schedules, including scheduling, tracking and promoting tutoring hours; scheduling and conducting workshops and class visits; assisting with tutor staff training and meetings; processing tutor staff records.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision and management of the budgetary and administrative functions and fiscal staff of the Operations Division; prepare monthly and quarterly reports regarding the status of the operating budget and prepares other financial reports as required or requested.
