This position is primarily responsible for fulfilling all Relationship Manager responsibilities regarding loans to Regency Finance, Bank Capital Services and F.N.B. Corporation and prepares analysis regarding a variety of other Credit Support monitoring duties.
Experience in the creation and support of SharePoint sites, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products to include Microsoft Exchange, technical desktop (Windows and Mac) and mobile device (iOS and Android) expertise, and ability to clearly and accurately document technical solutions. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills are a must.
Participate in discussions to gather requirements for business product/system enhancements. In addition, the position will use in depth knowledge to perform root cause and trend analysis of key metrics to support various projects.
The candidate will assist a higher level technician in the support of our End User Computing environment. This position will act as an escalation point for the Infrastructure team and anything related to End User Computing.
In this role, you will perform routine preventive maintenance and identify common hardware problems. The selected candidate will upgrade or replace faulty hardware components, such as hard drives, network cards, optical drives, printers, and monitors.
