In this role, the selected candidate will troubleshoot and find resolution for complex financial solutions software, client facing support systems and processes which provide the basis of our customer service landscape.
In this role, you will work on complex issues with ES Dev Engineers, Professional Services or client functional support and create program review activities. This can involve debugging programs to determine the exact cause of the problem as well as suggesting program changes.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for acting as a regional Level 2 point of contact in a DevOps model, taking ownership of operational issues and perform short-term resolution, and escalating/developing preventive measures for long term solutions.
In this role, you will design, configure, code, test and deploy the portfolio management functionality. Create workflow processes, scripts, external system interfaces, reports, and dashboards and support the application.
