Perform staff management and administrative duties of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development, including providing professional and technical opportunities for staff to develop leadership competence.
Maintain assigned general ledger or subsidiary ledger accounts by reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations, preparing supporting schedules, recording appropriate journal entries consistent with US GAAP, and reconciling on a monthly basis.
The RN supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the patient's care and services. Promotes quality care using a collaborative process that coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services according to the needs of patients.
Ensure staffing coverage for all shifts; train and monitor staff on system requirements for input of client profile; train and monitor staff on use of other programs for insurance verification Availability, EDS, Medicare, etc.; train and monitor staff on Insurance pre-certification Requirements; ensure timely completion of daily SALs.
Provide direct supervision to hourly maintenance personnel. To function as a resource of information on safety, as well as, technical related issues. Make daily safety audits. Complete daily, weekly and monthly inspections of equipment.
