This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom websites for clients, managing workload under deadlines, and working collaboratively with the team to accomplish departmental goals.
Develops, maintains and upgrades Manual or Automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans; perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Applies knowledge of computer science concepts and techniques to independently write, modify, and adapt complex computer programs in machine level, assembly, and third or fourth generation programming languages.
Lead in the design, development, deployment and support of software components, and software solutions for business units and/or enterprise level projects in the Microsoft .NET environment for multiple platforms.
Review internal and external analytical techniques, identify what data is available and relevant, source the necessary data; plan, develop, and apply leading-edge analytic and quantitative tools and modeling techniques to help clients gain insights and improve decision-making.
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automation and simplified processes.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
