Manage accounting responsibilities for Pay Services / HR Department. Assist the Director with budgeting and forecasting via day-to-day recording of changes that impact reporting to the Finance department. Reports on and analyzes payroll costs and salary budget variances.
In this role, you will be responsible for P&L of the engagement, ensuring all escalations are resolved as per agreed norms, provide reports & services as per SOW; and, implement various initiatives taken up for Profit Improvement Plan.
Identify customer requirements, develop plans for process change delivery, identify and recruit appropriate resources, assign individual responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion and final delivery of a solution to meet customer requirements.
In this role, you will manage the on-going account relationships. Maintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel, coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for assignments, scheduling, orientation, supervision, guidance and evaluation of nursing personnel on the unit/units so as to ensure and maintain a high quality of patient care.
