Our Registered Nurses are responsible for providing IV nursing care in the home or ambulatory setting, performing in-hospital discharge assessments and occasional IV hook-ups, teaching patients about their home infusion therapy, and providing ongoing monitoring of their treatment. The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
Implement the Plan of Care Provisions to meet their needs, initiate appropriate intervention and support for the patient and family upon admission and re-evaluate the patients nursing needs to provide appropriate, comprehensive and responsive care plan interventions.

The Registered Nurse, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, coordinates the plan of care activities for assigned patients and identifies opportunities to participate in unit performance improvement activities as directed.
This position is responsible for assuring quality patient care in accordance with acceptable practices. In addition to traditional nursing care, the Registered Nurse duties focus on reducing or minimizing the effects of mental illness.
