The Regional Direct Sales Manager is responsible for profitable sales of multiple brands of AMI windows and siding (Alside, Gentek, Revere) to independent distribution, national accounts, and direct window dealers within a defined territory.
In this role you will be working with top Manufacturing companies and OEMs and distributors across several industry segments to promote and sell motion control products, communicate special programs, present marketing /advertising programs and new products, handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct training and educational seminars.
The Region Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible forthe successful promotion of approved products within the Ocular Therapeutix pipeline and helping define Ocular Therapeutix as a leader in the ophthalmology community.
In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall Commercial Sales Program results in their assigned territory, with emphasis on retaining and growing sales from existing Commercial customers.

manage the churn of profitable accounts within the region. Analyze root causes,develop and execute plans to overcome by working with other sales channels and departments as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive to close large sales by demonstrating understanding of current and long term customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions to address identified customer needs, and consistently moving the customer toward commitment.
