The Aviation Project Manager will oversee the project performance, deal directly with client satisfaction, strategize on project pursuits, oversee a team of engineers, and represent the company at various aviation functions.
Receive general instructions regarding assignments and exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems. Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors and assist in all phases of the construction project.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
This person would be expected to create a wow factor for seamless execution & delivery of all projects and develop relationship with external and internal stakeholders. He/She should be able to coordinate/collaborate with the internal teams and as well as external customer teams on Project delivery.

This role will house the responsibility for the facilitation of VA testing on any Internet project(s) in which testing has been deemed necessary. While maintaining a security-focused approach to support our websites is paramount, the employment of professional soft skills (organizational, proactive, ability to cleanly articulate complex/highly technical items to varying audiences, self-driven, etc) is a principle requirement
Manage project scoping and estimation activities, document the project scope and approach, review plans with business and technology stakeholders and acquire sign-off from business and technology leadership.
In this role, you will design a Document control process for paper tests. COMPANY tests are controlled documents that may not be copied, or used in any other way than to provide a test to an eligible candidate.
Research top customer pain points from NPS survey results including client verbatims through the Medallia data base tool, develop presentations to summarize findings and work with partners to address pain points. Meet monthly with Brand and Co-brand partners to present servicing NPS findings, including preparation of presentations for these meetings.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project; conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
