In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR duties that include recruiting, on - boarding, benefits administration, payroll, record retention / management, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, EEO compliance and employment law compliance.
In this role, you will provide oversight for all aspects of the employment process including advice on recruiting and retention strategies, interviewing and screening candidates, coordinating job offers and on-boarding new hires.
The Resource Development Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance for various supporters. This includes, but is not limited to major donors, strategic partners, corporate partners and workplace giving initiatives.
In this role, you will develop and implement workforce planning, talent management, organization design and other human resource effectiveness strategies improve business performance. The selected candidate will also be navigating organizational complexity and complex change.
