Develops, maintains, and directs all aspects of Operations. Ensures that all Operations resources are coordinated and lead to achievement of product quality, cost, and schedule objectives by utilizing the human and physical resources available.

In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate plans with the Director of Food and Beverage for all food and beverage needs, course food and beverage needs, banquets, outside events, and catering for all golf functions.
