provides strategy, support and vision to the Director of Sales & Marketing in a specified Market Area (MA) to achieve sales and occupancy goals through effective Business Development efforts.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for capturing, verifying and submitting commercial plans, budgets and forecasts, as well as any other ad-hoc reports related to Enterprise sales and its quality standards.
The primary responsibility of the Strategic and International Sales Account Director is to accelerate revenue growth in key customer segments including: Content, Information Services, and International.
In this role, you will visit with competitors on a quarterly basis. Creates and updates competitive analyses on a quarterly basis. Serves as main contact for all competitive issues that would affect communities.
