In this role, you will manage projects for on - time, on - budget delivery with high quality deliverables & monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget and expense reports as requested to justify expenditures.
The instructional designer will consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance needs and recommend solutions. Develops a solid understanding of occm products and processes to complete task analysis and determine training requirements.
The position requires expertise in the area of Front End Analysis (FEA), strong understanding of Computer-Based Training (CBT) Learning Objective (LO) design and development using Instructional Systems Design models to utilize multimedia technology, and COTS authoring tools.
In this role, you will provide input to program charts identifying engineering activities, resources required, weekly updates to Engineering and Program Management of task status, and identify issues with resources and schedule deliveries.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for Fire Sprinkler layout and Alarm Design work on multiple projects according to all codes, ordinances and according to the contracted scope of work.
