This position is responsible for prospecting and selling logistics services to new customers as well as growing and retaining business in existing network of company owned and/or sales agent stations for expedited freight transportation.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate network issues and data flow problems from the afloat version to DRRS-N and support installations and upgrades of the application on networks, including at port, afloat, or in the shipyard.
The successful OSR generates and secures new sales of products and value add services to increase our market share and drive value within the Custom Building Segment. In addition, the OSR ensures efficient and effective sales operations and superior customer relations with new and existing custom builder accounts.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate network issues and data flow problems from the Afloat version to DRRSN and support installations and upgrades of the application on CANES and COMPOSE networks, whether in port, afloat, or in the shipyard.
Responsible for the level one technology support in a global support services call center environment. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software and mobile device issues utilizing multiple technologies and resources.
