Manage accounting responsibilities for Pay Services / HR Department. Assist the Director with budgeting and forecasting via day-to-day recording of changes that impact reporting to the Finance department. Reports on and analyzes payroll costs and salary budget variances.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to anticipate and identify potential problems and demonstrate a proven track record in doing Root Cause Analysis as well as solving complex and ambiguous issues.
