The Credit Analyst will be responsible for either determining credit worthiness or appropriate lines of credit or for leading a team of Junior credit analysts in evaluating and approving/rejecting loan applications based on established criteria.
The Senior Re-engineering Analyst II participates, coordinates and/or leads in the redesign of systems and processes in conjunction with the implementation of new systems and other organizational performance improvement initiatives.
Participate in the development and implementation of a strong internal control environment to safeguard the assets of the business and to drive continuous improvement through the use of lean tools and standard work.
Responsible for in-depth analysis of direct marketing programs by creating and interpreting data from standard and ad hoc reports as well as conducting market research to improve fundraising programs' performance.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
In addition, this position is responsible for providing organizational support, coordination of merchant processing needs, and reporting on monthly credit card activities, which includes working independently and with cross - functional teams to identify issues, research probable root causes, and recommend solutions to payment processing operations.
