The company utilizes the office and position of General Manager as the direct informational link between the Board of Directors and the staff. This is a highly demanding position and one that truly oversees every aspect of the company. The General Manager is given full authority by the Board of Directors to act on its behalf.
In this role, you will interact with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels with client organization, including conducting rounding. Identifies service expansion opportunities.
As the General Manager of facilities, you will Plan, administer and directs all unit activities related to facility custodial , grounds and ensure compliance with the standards established by Aramark. You will also establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to facility management.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive the transition of the current operation from a third-party provider in-house and scale the entire operation to meet the productivity goals and customer demands.
