In this role, the Director of Communications is responsible for leading the communications practice of the organization including planning, development and implementation of all communication strategies.
the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics has overall responsibility of leadership in planning, organizing, and managing the programs and activities of Intercollegiate Athletics within a data-driven decision-making assessment culture.
Ensure compliance with company procedures in all matters of documentation, supervision, and billings. Liaise with district operations leader and district clinical quality leader to ensure clinicians are providing evidence-based clinical interventions while maintaining productivity.
Maintaining and improving IT team knowledge of network, software development and programming tools; partnering with the IT function at corporate to leverage them when possible and also to ensure all corporate guidelines are followed.
Directly manages all employees involved in medical records coding/abstracting, manages quality audit and education staff, provides direction for all physician and certain areas of hospital coding activities, reviews, education, and productivity standards required to reach unbilled targets at all offices.
Responsible for the overall delivery of patient care services that promotes the safety and well-being of all patients in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as the organization's policies and procedures.
Leads and provides operational guidance to the Distribution; ensures that individual goals and objectives are aligned; coaches the Managers to reach their respective sites productivity and inventory accuracy goals.
