The Software & Systems Analyst provides assistance in the planning, design, implementation, testing and documentation of software applications that support the mission of the Department of Biostatistics.
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for providing top-level support to end-users. This position will set-up and maintain Oracle Self-Service modules, run diagnostic scripts (read only), diagnose and work with the developers to correct application issues, process and submit FTP transmissions and ensure that customer support to the end users is exceptional.
