Responsible for overseeing the production of reports and analysis. Participates in IT projects that replace current systems with new in order to ensure data is accurate and that gaps are not created for internal users and external customers.
Develops, coordinates, and implements systems, processes, and training to meet healthcare demands and brand standards; may develop, modify, and monitor process methods and controls to meet quality standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the day to day Sales Engineering activities in support of customer account management and order fulfillment including direct customer interface, bid strategy, pricing approval, customer visits and internal order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationship with traffic, accounting, marketing and production to keep sales support moving in a positive direction while increasing productivity; conduct weekly sales meetings as a forum to share information, motivate and train staff, and provide teambuilding opportunities.
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing. Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI.
Promotes and markets service lines to assigned (current or prospective) customers to continually grow revenue. Plans and executes sales strategies for the service line on a national basis to high volume clients. Manages national and/or regional accounts as assigned.
Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening, where applicable; ability to travel within market territory (minimal overnight travel); ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and improve financial results.
In this role, the selected candidate will achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Insurance Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team for North America.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to analyze and interpret P&L data for portfolio of accounts (i.e. contribution margin, gross margin) and make decisions based upon the analysis.
