In this role, you will manages all operations personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring, training, motivating, planning and directing work, managing performance and resolving associate issues so that assigned performance targets are met or exceeded.
In this role, you will manage, coach and provide training for branch personnel; manage overtime, teller management process, and scheduling; conduct branch meetings and performance appraisals. Also manage cash items, balancing of ATM and cash dispense, review night deposit log, night deposit contracts and safe deposit records, teller audits and reconcilement of consignment items to vendor inventory.
In this role, you will manage branch service team; supervisors. Reinforces service standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
