The candidate is required to monitor, evaluate, analyze and manage the financial performance of assigned programs or business areas. Reports directly to the Director of Business Management, but has accountability to other program staff.
Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the industry; evaluate and recommend Network Infrastructure and Remote Access, strategies, and additional services.
Coordinate and complete all activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects" homes, conducting initial assessments or sales presentations, and ensuring all required forms are completed prior to move-in.
The contract administrator shall coordinate the contractual administration and proposals of the assigned programs. Coordinates with contracts manager to effectively administer, invoice, and close-out contracts.
Responsible for review of Statements of Work ( SOW ), development and issuance of Requests for Proposals ( RFP ), evaluation of subcontractor proposals, cost and price analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions with subcontractors, recommendations to management, and execution / award of Subcontract Agreements.
Responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI), including use of FMS QAI tools.
Drive and project manage major strategic cost, quality and delivery initiatives with aggressive focus on breakthrough process and technology improvements to achieve a substantial competitive advantage.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop annual business plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
