In this role, the selected candidate will manage consistent execution of compensation programs including merit, bonus, and promotional counseling; provide management education on salary administration and performance management.
In this role, you must have general knowledge of the field of human resources including employment law, FMLA, ADA, and code of ethics. Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
