The Branch Project Manager provides project management for all aspects of the systems integration projects including but not limited to planning, estimating, design, pre-construction, installation, start-up, commissioning, and handover of assigned projects.
This position will serve as a central point of contact/project lead for projects and be responsible for prioritization and implementation of Ambulatory performance improvement activities, project management, facilitation of clinician engagement, internal and external communication, education, data submission and reporting.
The Facilities Project Manager will plan, develop and direct the design and construction of approved projects. Develops and implements plans necessary to fulfill the facilities management objective as well as providing an inviting environment for our patients, visitors, physicians and employees.
Provide strategic, expert advice and consultation on the design and implementation of effective administrative and business processes across operations, to include process analysis, redesign, reengineering, and organizational effectiveness.
This role is responsible for building integrated plans of multiple related projects including status, risks, issues, change management, and financial tracking across all areas including IT, business, supporting functions and all stakeholders.
As a Project Manager you will represent Project Sponsors and will influence highly-motivated teams of cross-functional experts; implement and administer effective scoping, scheduling, and budgeting of facility development, and process improvement projects; and develop, use, and maintain project management tools.
Candidate will be responsible for technical execution of water resources, storm water management, and natural stream restoration projects as well the support of business development in relevant service lines for an established engineering and environmental consulting firm that seeks to expand its services in the regional market.
