Utilizes applicant tracking system (ATS: iCIMs) to conduct initial screening of resumes and applications. Documents candidate records, sources potential applicants, schedules interviews, and executes hire process/on-boarding steps including interview travel coordination.
In this role, the selected candidate will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone to initiate and cultivate new clients.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage the full sourcing and recruitment cycle for assigned searches. Assist the talent business partner on service center related project teams to implement best practices and programs.
