In this role, the selected candidate will manage teams of Quality assurance analysts and audit preparation personnel to support Collections LOB leaders in insuring quality, compliance and audit preparedness. Record, monitor, measure and report on the quality standards and procedural compliance of Customer Contact agents' in the Collections and Loss Mitigation departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for the personnel functions of the Quality Associate(s); including direction, assignment of work, hiring, development and training, disciplinary actions, termination, maintenance of all personnel records, management of work schedule and delegation/follow-up of tasks.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide ongoing leadership and support in maintaining and continually improving of site Quality Management System (QMS) and processes inclusive of food safety / contact & Medical Device / Pharma GMPs, as required.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for auditing production processes for achievement of quality expectations; developing and approving policies and procedures to support these systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the quality program in compliance with ISO 9001, business and customer requirements. The selected candidate will be providing accurate budget forecasting and maintaining responsible budgetary control.
In this role, you will provide the leadership, strategy, staffing, review and motivation to inspire the 5/3 vision. Evaluate inbound and outbound customer calls and default servicing processes to determine and insure compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate will generate scorecards and reports for all aspects of plant quality, not limited to and including VOC, CARs, SCARs, COAs, on-time and in-full deliveries, SPC reporting, losses, product safety, internal, third party & customer audits and change control processes.
