In this role, you will deliver guidance, working closely with Regional Quality, R&D, Vendors and local Manufacturing and Distribution on major new product introductions and acquisitions and using statistical techniques to quantify and analyze plant or systems capabilities.
In this role, you will understand customer requirements and develop/ maintain complaint management process. This will include planning test matrixes and assisting with actual testing as required and recommending corrective actions.
The selected candidate will facilitates the resolution of internal and external complaints and supplier issues by insuring that the team has identified an interim action, root cause, and a long-term action to prevent recurrence.
The Quality Engineer will work within the production team environment to control and maintain all aspects of the quality assurance program such as: establishing audit criteria & schedules, establishing and monitoring facility quality metrics and championing problem solving activities through a structured format.
This position is responsible for providing professional quality engineering service and technical support involving technical quality, in-process quality, and customer service, supports total quality program to improve cost, productivity, yields and customer requirements.
In this role, you will develop and implement prototype and launch control plans prior to any such production runs. The selected candidate will compile and report pertinent quality data for production, customer and supplier.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
