In this role, you will be responsible for
technical and communication skills to ensure that WMS software development meets best practices for quality deliverables, minimize risk in production environments, and aid in diagnosing and solving challenging problems in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The overall goal is to help set the standards that QA follows, and to come up with processes, procedures, and systems to measure and monitor the quality of our projects and products. Other responsibilities include creating test plans and executing test cases, both manual and automated testing, and becoming a subject matter expert on one or more technologies relevant to our industry.
The Quality Systems Analyst is responsible for working with subject matter experts, process owners, subsystem leaders, management with executive responsibilities and IT in helping to execute quality system planning, processes, verification, analysis and reporting methods while promoting a collaborative atmosphere of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible to participate in resource related activities associated with the team, including demand management, on-boarding and training of staff and partner vendor resources.
In this role, you will develop business functional and technical test plans on integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, executing the testing of technology systems ensuring quality and efficient systems performance.
This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and will work at their direction. This individual certifies the quality level of new and existing applications from a functional and regression testing perspective. This includes requirements decomposition, develop and execute test cases, logging issues, and other miscellaneous responsibilities associated with software testing.
In this role, you will oversee and administer the QA Training & Development program, including organizing and assuring updated content of all training materials for the global QA organization in the LMS.
