Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes being proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the Engineering community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets customer expectations.
This position involves account management, business needs analysis, standards deployment, project management and business process improvement consulting. It includes development and thorough understanding of customer requirements and ability to deliver in scope services in accord with customer expectations.
Drive the process of project planning including scope definition, estimating, schedule formation and monitoring, cost control measures, procurement/contracting strategies, equipment selection, vendor selection, start-up and commissioning plans, and integration processes.
This position drives business value by collaborating with team members to deliver outcomes of multiple projects and/or enhancements. The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management of 1 to 3 small to medium complex projects concurrently.
Develops and maintains ongoing contact with ESGs Project Manager to schedule and coordinate all work performed and to ensure clear and consistent communication about the projects progress, costs and training.
