This role is responsible for building integrated plans of multiple related projects including status, risks, issues, change management, and financial tracking across all areas including IT, business, supporting functions and all stakeholders.
The Project Manager is a partner to the internal team, owning the process from inception to completion. The Project Manager is expected to have the right people in the right place at the right time in order to allow the team to produce high-quality work on budget, on time and with efficiency.
Determines the appropriate documentation (communication plans, schedules/timelines, status reports, quality plan, closure summary, budget, risk plan, etc.) for projects. Manages the quality and delivery of documentation to clients.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned programs, including cost, performance, and schedule, and managing to the objectives of those elements. Provides leadership to the program team, ensuring compliance to all program requirements.
Create and implement assessments, surveys, and other tools to determine the effectiveness of the Leadership and Management development programs; coach and make recommendations for individual leaders on activities and content specific to their goals and areas of development.
The Facilities Project Manager will plan, develop and direct the design and construction of approved projects. Develops and implements plans necessary to fulfill the facilities management objective as well as providing an inviting environment for our patients, visitors, physicians and employees.
Develop execution schedules including Agile milestones (Business Requirement Deliverables) and ensure the requirements of those milestones are well understood by stakeholders and appropriately documented.
Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
