The Continuous Improvement Engineer will create and coordinate the implementation of new or improved manufacturing processes. They will be responsible for various engineering assignments ranging from feasibility studies to the introduction of designs and drawings to Manufacturing.
In this role, the selected candidate will create manufacturing flow diagrams to identify manpower requirements, develop production schedules, and validate manufacturing and design drawings with respect to processes and timelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for component tolerances and input to manufacturing capability.Has knowledge of tolerance capabilities of machining, molding, casting, stamping, forming, grinding, etc.Understands GD&T and how to properly apply it to yield the desired fits between joining parts.
In this role, you will assist in preparation or provide the engineering estimates for design, configuration, graphics, execution, construction support, Factory Acceptance Testing, checkout, and Site Acceptance Testing.
In this role, you will be responsible identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
The Product/ Process Engineer will analyze and evaluate the structure of various metals. The Product/ Process Engineer will also develop, document and implement new production procedures and protocols for the plant.
In this role you will meets with management or engineers to understand projects, objectives, timelines, and project tasks; may assist with or coordinate communications within the plant; projects are limited in scope, more clearly defined, and receives general project oversight.
The Tool and Process Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining stable and capable production/business processes as they pertain to equipment, facilities and tooling functionality following the WCM model.
In this role, you will be responsible for
investigating and implementing improvements to existing manufacturing processes concentrating in areas of equipment and processing, trouble shooting of processing difficulties, supporting equipment qualification, training manufacturing operators/staff on processing techniques, and introducing new technologies.
