The Major Account Executive is responsible for establishing partnerships with new prospects or maintaining existing clients in the local Major Account space. The Major Account space is defined as large accounts with greater than 150 employees in markets such as manufacturing, higher education, K-12, legal, banking and state and local government.
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products and services, including but not limited to the following: Bottle-less coolers (filtered and reverse osmosis units) Mix-It-Up Products, Coffee & Tea Brewers along with consumables.
In this role, the selected candidate will answer all customer requests for service and ensure the timely completion of all requested service to foster the establishment of long-term, ongoing repeat relationships.
The Dealer Sales Consultant develops and maintains long-term dealer business relationships through prospecting, referrals and frequent service calls. Dealer Sales Consultants are also responsible for territory development to ensure that sales and revenue targets are exceeded.
As an independent contractor, you will sell our lead-generation marketing tool/custom-branded publication business-to-business; buyers primarily include real estate-related businesses, title companies, escrow companies, developers, financial institutions, realtor associations/boards, individual realtors, mortgage brokers, and other companies interested in a lead-generation tools and/or a branded resource/relocation guide.
