In this role, you will work with other team members to resolve production issues and employee relations concerns; coordinating production, taking the forefront in safety and quality, employee engagement and compliance with regulatory needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be decisive and analytical, as Production Supervisor, you'll also need strong reasoning, conflict management and problem solving skills, alongside superb individual, team working and communication abilities.
The position will be responsible for leadership and execution on the plant floor, including safety, quality, production efficiency, employee performance management, operator / employee development, and continuous process improvement. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fluid environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise employees in a filter manufacturing and assembly environment on assigned shift and department(s) to achieve scheduled production volume within acceptable production, quality, and scrap levels.
This position will be responsible for establishing and executing the policies and procedures necessary to manage the physical manipulation of cargo within, into, and out of hubs, gateways or terminal warehouses.
